In order to pay off his father’s debts, Morokuzu Takaaki spends all day working. One day, he is visited by a beautiful girl named Ryuubi Gentoku. Ryuubi believes that Takaaki is the incarnation of the legendary Shokatsu Koumei, which is why she makes him her strategist.
